郁金泰告诉记者,研究团队还精细绘制了睡眠与认知障碍风险之间关联的证据体系,结果发现包括失眠在内的10种睡眠特征(障碍)会加速认知障碍发生。研究人员进一步分析发现,夜间睡眠时间与阿尔茨海默病风险呈U型关系:即最佳夜间睡眠时长可能介于5.6到7小时之间;夜间睡眠时间少于4小时或超过10小时,认知障碍发生风险均将会显著升高。(完)
